New Dates for National Cross Country Season:
16th January 2011 - Novice + Girls/Boys U11, 13, 15, 17, 19

The 34th Antrim IAAF International Cross Country Races will be held in the picturesque venue of CAFRE, Greenmount Campus in Antrim on Saturday 22nd January 2011.

Armagh International Road Race - Thursday February 10th in Armagh
Rás na hÉireann 2011 - Sunday February 13th at Oldbridge, Drogheda.

Provisional dates for Indoor Championships are:
Leinster: 30th January + 12th/13th February
National: 19th/20th March + 2nd/3rd April
